Living at Whiteplains
Whiteplains Plantation is a restricted, gated community of traditional and contemporary design. Homes built in this airpark subdivision are required to have a minimum 1700 sq. ft. with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and a 2-car garage. Although architectural approval is required, you may bring your own builder.
In addition to home lots, there are also parcel lots for non-resident hangars. A phase 3 has recently been constructed with additional parcels at the NE corner of the property.
The gazebo is one of the common areas at Whiteplains that is a a great place to relax and enjoy the takeoffs and landings.
